When purchasing or dealing with us and vice versa. There are important policies that must be read and understood. This ensures understanding, trust and satisfaction across all process and with the products/material we manufacture.

 

Important Policies

Bespoke Quotes

At Art of Eco, we understand a customer is may be looking for something more unique and has their own specific needs and requirements compare to what designs that are on offer as standard.

That’s why we offer bespoke quotes that can be tailored to your individual project! Ensuring that you get your dream design, photograph or any other image for your interior design needs.

Be that:

  • Any simple colour or pattern change request you may like using our exciting standard designs as a template.
  • For Size measurements not found in either set sizes or bespoke sizes.
  • A stunning or memorable photograph you may have (Data quality and file type pending).
  • Art you may have to be copied from canvas to stone.

Our trust and experianced experts will work closely with you to understand your vision and bring it to life, using our top-quality and eco-friendly materials and stunning printing.

You can access this service in a couple of ways:

  • Any Art of Eco product/design with the Bespoke Service toggable button to toggle – adding infomation on your requirements in the text fields provided.
  • Simply Contact Us by either email, chat bubble, or phone number providing as much information as possible.
  • Booking a free consultation with us.

The Customer MUST be noted of the following when using our bespokes services:

  • Any bespoke colours from the customer, may not always come looking as the requested colour – This can be due to either miscommunication or how the colours are printed. To best avoid this complication, we suggest providing us with a Hex code of your bespoke colour. To be found using the bespoke colour add on when selecting your design or using Google Colour Picker to get your colour and provide us with the Hex code. (for how to please check our FAQ section for this.)
  • When in process of working with your exciting bespoke quote, we can allow up to 3 reiteration or changes from the customer before it has to be committed.
  • Failure on the customer’s part to provide needed infomation in 3 weeks since order created will result in the order being terminated and a new one will need to be reordered.
  • Bespoke services will affect the overall quote at the end depending on what is being request of us, affecting overall cost and time to manufacture and deliver.

 

Delivery/Shipping

Art of Eco, we understand the importance of timely and reliable delivery. We take great care in ensuring that your orders are processed and shipped efficiently, so you can start Installing your new wall and floor tiles, splashbacks, or any of our commercial/home interiors as soon as possible.

For local Orders (20 miles radius from our Factory). We can transport your order to you, safe and secure delivery to your doorstep. You can trust us to handle your order with the utmost care and professionalism with 30+ years of experience.

Orders outside the 20 miles radius. We do rely on couriers as we are currently a small family business. There maybe some cases where on arrival, the slabstone product may become broken. This is something we are always looking for ways to mitigate this. Be that more reliable couriers or better packaging.

Every order that is ready to be sent out to be delivered has image of the order which is provided to you (the lovely customer!) and us for trust and to check with the couriers for any result of damage/lost goods.

In this misfortunate event, on request by the customer we can reproduce a new order to arrive safely or Return product for refund.

Any broken products we do request to be returned to us so that we can recycle and make anew as per our Circular Economy/Green Growth Pledge Commitment.

After Sales - Return and Refund

At Art of Eco, our commitment to excellence extends beyond the manufacturing process. We pour our heart and soul into creating each and every Slabstone product with utmost care and precision. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned.

Usually, obstacles being found from the quality of the couriers services we had been using as stated in our Delivery Policy.

We always endeavour to put our upmost to work with the customer and guarantee satisfaction with a finished job.

If the Slabstone product is damaged upon arrival, we can send out a replacement, we will however we will need:

  • The customer is responsible to check if there is any damage to the packaging and the product upon arrival of their delivery. Immediately to tell the courier first of whats wrong.
  • The customer to notify us (Art of Eco) of the incident.
  • The customer to send images of the damaged good as soon as possible so that we can replace any damage goods.

If a customer no longer wants to have the Slabstone product (be that moving to new residence and unabled to remove securely, or no longer wish to have it). They must return it to us, which we can recycle. It must be noted that for the returning of any Slabstone product, we must have a receipt or order completion notice before it can be proceed, as to differenciate whether we can refund or not. (Not as being that it has been paid for).

Fitting/Installation

Depending on distance to the customer and how the customers has purchased/order one of our products, if it is direct purchase from us and within our delivery range, we can also fit the product for the customer.

There is a criteria that customers must be noted for all quoted and invoiced contracts that require fitting – 50% of amount is to be paid to us upon paying quote, the other 50% is to be paid on install (day of the product fitted, money to be given and recieved before fitting/installing is commenced.

We will soon be providing downloadable installation guides available from our website. If you do not have access to our website when you need them, please ask the showroom team who have our products for a copy. Installation should only be carried out once the relevant guide has been read and understood by the installer.

Installation constitutes acceptance of the product.

Art of Eco Limited recommends for customers to use any third-party installers that are competent in tile fitting. It is your responsibility to ensure your chosen tradesperson is suitably qualified to install your goods.

Data Handling and Cookies

  • You can always reach out to us to inform us if you would like to remove any of your data that you had provided us to date that you wish us not to have.
  • Actions we do in order to maintain trust is taken with screenshot evidence to maintain trust.

Security

Whether meeting in person or virtually, we take safety for both customers and staff very seriously.

For any virtual meeting/representation, we (Art of Eco) endeavour to always state what our purpose is before hand and request for verification when needed. We believe clarity for both us and the customer will always allow the delivery of products/services to be both safe and efficient for all.

For in-person meetings and especially for booking consultations/in-person showroom tours.

We have installed CCTV and Various Health and Safety Signage for safety of everyone.

We also have fire exits in case of emergencies to be used as well.

Circular Economy/Green Growth Pledge

We believe very strongly in the concept of Circular economy, many companies that have embrace and employed this concept have achieve incredible feats, in creating a sustainable business, creating products/services that are healthy for the planet and also providing beautiful interior pieces for clients.

Currently:

  • Our Slabstone material is made of 93% repurposed aggregate stone and recycled building waste.
  • No heat is used in the manufacture of our Slabstone Material.
  • Our Slabstone material can be broken down and reproduce anew!

We always to improve our craft and will endeavour to making our material as green as possible!

We are committed to and enjoy finding ways to reduce the impact of our work both in the workplace and in the office. Our goal has been to eliminate waste and control the use of our raw materials, to help minimise our effect on our beautiful planet. It is our policy to: recycle as much waste material as much as possible and minimise the use of paper wherever possible.

Welsh Language Compliance Notice

We respect the need and endeavour to help promote the Welsh language as the management and the current team are born in Wales.

We currently have a member who can converse in welsh, but will in time look to get more so that we can provide such service in the future.

We are looking to use simultaneous translation software tools and local Welsh translation services in helping on making documents and/or digital media becoming bilingual.
